By downloading or using AcreKeeper you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AcreKeeper is a farm and homestead management application provided by Riveras Family Farm LLC. The app is currently in beta and provided free of charge during the beta period.

3. AI Features Disclaimer

The AI Vet Assistant and document scanning features are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your animals. Riveras Family Farm LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. User Data

You own your farm data. We store it securely using Google Firebase. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Beta Disclaimer

AcreKeeper is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or removed. The service may experience downtime. We are not liable for any data loss during the beta period, though we make every effort to protect your data.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@acrekeeper.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
